The Safari Family
We met each other in October 2017 in Botswana, where Julien was working as a safari guide trainer. Isabelle had had enough of the financial world and decided to go out of her comfort zones and do something very different - like a safari guide training course. We became friends. Isabelle went back a few times, to gain more qualifications and then went along and started her safari companies in 2019. We kept in touch with each other all along the years and in November 2021 met again for a kind of date in Botswana for the first time in a long time and after some months we knew, and have been on an incredible journey ever since. It’s been an interesting ride, with a big surprise... we are pregnant. At some point in March next 2023 we will be welcoming a lovely little baby boy into our hearts.
So where are we right now? Currently we are in Switzerland, waiting for the little one to arrive. We´re enjoying the mountains and the Swiss wilderness. Julien is enjoying the snow! He hasn’t had too many opportunities to play in the snow in his life! Right now we are selling safaris with high standards and ethics. Our mission is to share and care. Share our love, share our passion and interest, and care for the African wilderness and all those involved in conserving it. We evolved on the African continent and we were created by the same forces that created us. We have to change our perspectives towards wilderness, and realise that we are a part of it all. That we have a responsibility to ourselves, our ancestors and our children to conserve every last bit of nature left on this ever-changing world. This is our home, our one and only home. We must love it for what it is. Our mission is to explore, we want to find the lost gems of the African continent, and all other corners of the globe.

Isabelle was born and raised in the "wilderness" of the Swiss mountains.
She started her career in the financial world, realising she was an entrepreneur at heart — started many different companies, doing all sorts of good for the planet; from marketing and finance to safari companies based in Botswana and South Africa.
She loves the African wilderness and wanted to share a love and appreciation for Africa and its wildlife with others.

Julien was born and raised in Kenya and has spent most of his life on the continent.
He is a professional safari guide and safari guide trainer. He has had the incredible luck of traveling to a lot of the most amazing corners the African continent has to offer. He realised very early on in life that he loved sharing his passion with the people around him and turned his passion into his career.
He now trains guides and prospective guides and takes people on safaris of a lifetime.
... only some days on planet earth and enjoying it to the fullest!
